"This was our first time staying at this hotel and I must say it was amazing. The entire property was clean and well maintained. The lobby, rooms, restaurants and pools well very well clean and maintained. The staff was the BEST!! Big Thank you to our butlers RAUL and RAFAEL. They were most helpful and went out of their way, above and beyond to fulfill my wishes. They planned our reservation for all our restaurants. They also did a wonderful job helping organize a surprise for my husband birthday. Cake and champagne was sent to the room and restaurant for him. I would also like to thank JUAN at the reception desk for his help and kindness as well. This is an example of what EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE is.. when workers go above and beyond to satisfy their guests. There were also several driver that need to be recognized for their hard work and kindness.. ALBERTO, ORLANDO and LUIS. They made every ride an absolute pleasure and fun ride. The overall experience of this resort was definitely a 10/10 hands down. You were allowed to use the amenities of all the properties from restaurants to pools."

"The sheets on the bed had stains. I requested new sheets twice, but never received any. The front desk barely answered the phone. The food was okay. I had to call and go to the front desk twice to request tissue and soda for the room. The staff were nice and respectful just slow service."
