"The room was nicely appointed. It could use more convenient hooks for towels in the bathroom by the shower and another shelf area inside the shower. What made the place truly special was the staff. Nancy and Sue were amazing and went above beyond to make sure our stay was fabulous. Nancy made some reocmmendations on places to eat and see; if she wasn't busy helping people at the check-in desk she was busy making the drinks during happy hour. Continental breakfast had enough options and was good enough to start your day with. Close proximity to everything, across from the park and walls surrounding old Quebec. If you are looking for a botique hotel with old world charm, this is the one. "

I then went to the lobby and was able to check in very quickly … even earlier then I expected. All personnel were very personable and helpful. Room was great.
