"I was looking for a good value option for a short stay in option and this place delivered. It was key for me to be able to rest and sleep, which was achieved. The bed was comfortable and while being literally right next to the tube station, it was perfectly quiet which was very welcome.

"This was a great find - we were in a bind and needed to find somewhere affordable to stay in the area. I was a little hesitant about the no-front-desk setup, and we weren't able to arrive until after the tavern was closed, but the staff was responsive via email and checked us in remotely.

"Very walkable area with the Dao being the best hotel in the Shepherd Bush community. Great shopping with the Westfield Mall being only a 5 minute walk. We were moved to another room because the first room AC went out. Hotel staff promptly moved us to a comfy room with great AC. "
"The hotel itself was 3 of the row houses converted. They left the old English charm inside. The location of the hotel is just a 4 minute walk to the underground-which made getting around easy.
The breakfast was fantastic and served the classic English food plus cereals, breads, pastries, cold cuts.
