"Stay was double booked. When we arrived, there were already people there and those people had already made a mess of the place. Owner offered to kick those people out, but we didn’t feel like staying in a dirty place so we left. Owner said that she would give me a full refund, but VRBO fought me me on it and I have received less than half of my money back for a place I didn’t even get to stay in. I messaged the owner and vrbo repeatedly most recently a week ago and no response. Be very cautious...

"Amy was super responsive when we needed anything and it was nice that she and Jamie were so close if we needed anything. Very clean and quiet. Would’ve been nice to know it was a basement apartment to a home above it prior to booking. Tube station is very close. She even left a bottle of wine for us!
