We fly home from Rome once or twice a year and it’s always a headache! The taxi ride is too long to Trevi and the hotels are impossible to stay with tons of luggage!! This hotel was fabulous and the location perfect! 10 minutes from the airport!! Upon our arrival, they greeted us stored our luggage because we had four large bags we went to the room. We were totally delighted with our stay—everything was perfect. But the best part was the warmth and care that the mother and son give to their guests. They arranged our pickup from Rome Airport and when we arrived the son was there to greet us and carry our bags, show us the guesthouse and our room that had a balcony overlooking the promenade and sea. The location is very near the ship terminal but at our request he arranged for a taxi for us to go to our ship. We will definitely stay there...

This hotel was absolutely amazing, they have 24hr check in, a shuttle to the airport for 10€ per person, a breakfast bar, and the friendliest staff that speak both Italian and English! I would recommend this hotel to anyone the rooms are beyond stunning as well!!

Great location and breakfast. Easy walk to key sites but in a quiet area. Close to the market which was a fun experience.

It is not possible to have a cleaner room than this one. There are beautiful marble floors, pristine and modern bathroom, and table and fridge with varied beverages and snacks included in the price. Francesco is also an excellent host, explaining everything in detail and patiently answering any questions. If I am ever in Civitavecchia again, this will be my abode of choice!

The location of the property is perfect almost all buses stop nearby Argentina stop name).Take bus 40 or 64 to go to the Vatican drop you literally 5min from the entrance. Bus 62 or 491 takes you to the Bus terminale for those nooking a bus trip tp other area...We came frpm Pompei, had my other hotel booked there. Alex, Marco, & their children were extremely helpful in getting us from the airport, providing help in figuring out transportation to the sites we wanted to see, having amazing breakfasts, assisting us in ordering dinner in, & just making our stay fantastic! We loved the big balcony & spacious room with all the really nice amenities! We stayed for 3 nights & would definitely recommend it!

This is an excellent property. The house keeper are extremely nice and courteous. The only feedback I have is that the manager could have given us better instructions of how to get to the property before our arrival . Other than that, everything is excellent

Property and rooms were extremely tastefully appointed. The general manager was very, very accommodating. Located in perfect area. Within a few minutes walk from St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican. The “road” where hoel is located, is Pio Borgo, just for pedestrians, full with sidewalk cafes and restaurants. Perfect spot to be staying. Excellent people. Very nice and accommodating. The only issue we had was getting in the front door on the morning we arrived. The hotel is part of an apartment building and we weren’t sure how to get in to a resident opened the door for us. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay at a better location.

The atmosphere was pleasant, and the overall service was excellent. The location was convenient, and everything made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. We had a great experience, amazing hosts, can't wait to go back and stay longer at this beautiful B&B Guest house. We were about 20 - 30 min driving distance from Rome which did not bother us as Rome has convenient city center Parking (www.parkingviagiulia.it) close, walking distance, to all famous Rome tourist attractions and it is a pleasure to relax after day full of emotions in a quite and beautiful place like this.
