"Wonderful family-run hotel on a lovely Cenote. If you want all-inclusive mass tourism, this is not for you. If you want an authentic Mexican self-catering room or apartment, off the beaten track, this is perfect. "

"This place is fabulous for the people that wants to have a jungle full experience."

"Great 1 night stay. Food was excellent for dinner. Breakfast buffet not so good. Bed was very comfortable and room very quiet. Staff very helpful"

"The breakfast very good"

"Airport transportation was great - we did have to call when we got there but after the initial call only waited about ten min! Right across from the mall where we got drinks/pizza for the night, which is why we chose this hotel (we had more time than just sleeping for the night - so appreciated so many options within walking distance!) Didn’t love the food from the hotel bar - but they were quick with drinks at the pool and were reasonably priced. Would stay again - amazing option for airport...

"Excelente instalaciones, limpieza y delicioso desayuno y muy completo."

"Everything was incredible"

"This is a small, beachside hotel. Very cute, it was clean and staff was so nice. They have a great restaurant downstairs."

"Un buen lugar para descansar, diario hay actividades para todas las edades, la comida cumple pero no es nada espectacular, las albercas están muy limpias y bien cuidadas, el área de niños pequeños está un poco descuidada, el servicio a la habitación es ilimitado y las bebidas en general muy buenas"

"This place is super kid friendly will go again"

"Habitación limpia"

"Todo estuvo muy bien, lo único para ir con chicos no hay mucha opción de comidas y postres muy reducidos el resto todo excelente"

"It’s was wonderful, great location, super friendly staff. Loved all the daily extra activities that were offered. Cons: tips were expected at every meal"
