My booking which was booked months in advance was cancelled by the hotel as the hotel was in refurbishment - that I did not know of or told. No other alternative hotel was offered and as notice by hotel was given close my my stay I could not book anywhere else as it was either quadruple the price or no availability.

Bra in the shower?

Fill in the form for what you want for breakfast, hand it to staff and I think they just shred it as you don’t get what you ask for. Pillows are as thick and as firm as a railway sleeper. There was a bra hanging from the shower rail? So the room can’t have been cleaned that well! Wouldn’t stay again!

Overall a very disappointing stay

I had to pay a deposit of £50 on check in hotel was very poor standard, the carpet in my room was very heavily stained, the shower dripped all the time and the shower tray became blocked. Also the breakfast was very poor Overall a very disappointing stay

Holiday Inn Express GG is the perfect hotel for my visit to London twice a year. The staff are all friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean. Big shout-out to Beverly in the restaurant - she is awesome and friendly to everyone she meets, and very hardworking!

The hotel needs to be refurbished all the carpets have stains and old.the rooms have bad odor. Had to request for a room change because of stains and the receptionist told me all rooms have stains so that is normal to them.
