"I have stayed at this property several times before, and the hotel rooms are very nice and spacious. The pool and grounds are also very nice with a great location. However, the service has declined. I booked this trip through Expedia. Because I booked a “non refundable” room, the hotel would not credit me for the one night I did not stay there. I booked for four nights, and stayed for three nights. The hotel refused to credit me for the night I did not stay, and in addition to that, they put me in a hotel room that faced the street traffic. They could have at least compensated me for the $30. per night parking fee, or upgraded us but they were not interested in customer service, even though I have been a long time, loyal customer. They said “I booked through a third party, Expedia. Expedia should compensate my loss. “ Lastly, I had a not so friendly, new trainee check me in. He told me that he was holding a $50. deposit for the room even though I paid outright and ahead of time. I agreed to the security deposit in the amount of $50. but instead they charged hundreds of dollars in “pending charges”’for the duration of my trip that I did not consent to. I never had an issue with this hotel in the past but their service appears to be declining. I frequently visit my Dad in Naples, and only use this hotel when I have my children with me and other family members in town. Usually this is my “go to” place and I truly enjoy it here, but this time it was a disappointment for sure!"
