"Location is safe. Property and room are clean. Negative is that we're on the 2nd floor and there isn't an elevator. Other issue is that we're in a room directly above the lounge and they're playing music loud and performing karaoke until 11 pm. We have to leave super early in the morning so I hope that we're able to get some sleep."

"This property was amazing I loved the layout. Great smoking area outside. Will be back many more times. Only downfall was the breakfast they should of had more options for people especially that are lactose intolerant."

"I want to give a shoutout to Ramona, who worked in the breakfast area. She was unfailingly helpful, friendly, and courteous. On our last morning I was feeling unwell and she took note of that, went out of her way to ask how i was (it was just tiredness plus serious pollen that day so a very bad allergy day) and got me a lovely cup of tea. Hyatt is lucky to have her"
