"Beautiful hotel and views. We ate at the Sam Bistro the first night and service was very slow. Our server David said he was going to comp our entrees due to the lengthy delay in getting our food but he disappeared before our check was presented and we were charged for our entrees after-all. We just paid without pointing out that David had said our entrees would be comp’ed since he had apparently left for the night and we didn’t want to escalate the issue in his absence. Our room was quite warm...

"Hotel is very close to dining, shops, all is walkable. If you cant find parking close by, the parking lot for the hotel is about a 3 block walk but you can unload before you park. Quiet, safe area."

"Loved the location of the hotel. Easy to get anywhere in the old city by walking. Only complaint was the room was cold that night and there was no heat in the building. Doom heat would have been nice to warm the room. Great room and bath on first floor as requested since I had to use a walker due to a longer than planned surgery healing time."
