I was expecting a dingy flea bitten motel since we were in the town of Twentynine Palms. The strip is dirty with NOTHING around, other than Joshua Tree National Park. After our day of hiking, I was not looking forward to what I expected to be a crappy disgusting room to sleep in. Imagine my change of heart when arriving at the Fairfield Hotel. Did not expect.....clean and well decorated room! Did not expect very lovely lobby with very personable staff! In fact, this hotel was much cleaner, nicer...

This was an amazing "glamping" experience. I am absolutely not a camper, so the cleanliness and comfort of the yurt exceeded my expectations. There's no patio or balcony (one of the review questions) just the beautiful expansiveness of the desert. The shower and commode are right outside the yurt and was super clean. The host is awesome too!!

The first room assigned to me was next to the elevators and one of the elevators was making noise that could be heard in the room. The staff did find me another room. No other issues. Would stay there again.

We were welcomed by the hostess and chatted for a while about the small town and the nearby USMC base. She showed us to our room and where the kitchette/community room was located. The room was simple but, met all the needs of a hotel room. Beds were soft so, if that's what you like you're in for a treat.

A delightful small hotel with private outdoor tubs for soaking and taking in the stars, a killer view of the desert and mountains, southwestern style architecture and grounds, and located just a mile from the western entrance to Joshua Tree NP. AutoCamp Joshua Tree is glamping at its finest. Itās perfectly located in the heart of downtown, and right near the park entrance. The walk-in showers in their brand new Airstreams are nicer than my actual shower at home, and the Tempurpedic beds are the cherry on top. The property has bikes you can use for free making it easy to pop into town for food, drinks, or supplies. The pool is still under construction, despite them anticipating a March opening. My guess is itāll be closer to June when...

We really enjoyed our quiet evening at The Bungalows. We arrived after it was dark, so it took us two laps around the one-way circle to figure out how to park right in front of our Bungalow. We went to The Tiny Pony Tavern (one of the recommended nearby eats) for dinner. It was a local dive bar ā in the best way ā with velvet animal paintings and fabulous drinks and food. We ended the evening stargazing in our patio. The furnishings and art were well curated, the bed was comfy, living room...

This place was really neat. It was really clean and set up well. The vibe and decorations are great. The backyard is like a paradise with the pool and everything else out there. We would definitely stay here again. Having the two and a half bathrooms makes it easy and quick for a family to all get baths and ready for the day or bed.
