The front desk staff are exceptional in their knowledge of Tulum and tourism service providers, in fact one of their recommendations led to three amazing days of cenote diving for me with a private guide which was followed each day by a massage from an excellent masseuse. And I also particularly appreciated their recommendation to look at the stunning sunsets."
