"The apartment was in a very central location, only a few moments away from the main shopping mall in Funchal, and coffee shop almost on the doorstep. There was a kitchenette, washing machine and ironing board provided, and all useful utensils provided (even sachets of oil for using the frying pan). Check in was simple with the use of door codes. "Wonderful location and view. The pool is not private as listed, but for the entire building. That may have been just a poor choice of words in the description. The flat does not have AC, only humidifiers, so it is extremely hot in the summer. However, the view, especially at night is one of the best I’ve ever seen. I would love to stay there again!"
