Rooms are very nice, buffet breakfast set us up for the day. There is a bus up to Barga during the day, and a taxi back in evening.If you visit Barga, this is the place to stay. "

The fridge and freezer were turned off on arrival, taking over a day to cool in 39C heat, so we had no cold food or drinks. "The hotel is perfectly located within a 2 minute walk of the Leaning Tower, Cathedral, Baptistery and museums. It is a 10 minute walk to the river and a 10 minute walk to Pisa S.Rossi train station. The hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and speak many languages fluently. The room was a good size for a city centre hotel and was very clean. You are given shampoo/body wash and soap in the room so no need to take lots of toiletries however if you prefer proper brands there is a Carre Four supermarket over the road which sells everything you need for you stay. The hotel has a wonderful rooftop terrace. There is only a small area for drinks only but we had Aperitivo 3 times (which you need to book at reception) and it was amazing. The views are to die for. The hotel offers a taxi service to the airport and Pisa Centrale Station which is run by staff at the hotel so you are safe and not being over charged. Overall the hotel offers everything you need for an excellent stay in Pisa. We’re definitely going to be booking again."
