B&B in Merseyside

"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"This is a family run b&b and was great. Lots of parking. Pool table. Room was fine. Breakfast was good. Staff amazing."

"Was excellent for the location (two blocks from Anfield and right across the street from the Sandon.) However, the house WiFi does not work in unit #6, so that was a bit of a disappointment, although not a disaster."

"The staff were very friendly. Told us how to get into the property because we arrived past due usual check in time. The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the kitchen was stocked up on breakfast items. I think the only couple of negatives were that the steps up to the door are steep so you do have to watch your step. And the other would be noise, partly from construction nearby which isnt the landlord fault and people coming in and out at various times and the door slamming which...

"We had a fabulous relaxing weekend at this hotel , we shall be returning again next time we’re in Southport ."

"A few toothing problems upon arrival, but the host sorted. The room was generally comfy and clean, but could do with abit of TLC to make look better. Radiator wasn't consistently working, which was not nice in the morning. "

"Lovely quiet B&B, very friendly and welcoming host. Nice selection for breakfast including fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and cooked to order from the menu. I stayed for a fortnight due to being on a training course. Would stay again."

"Tv was tiny and a mile away from the bed, no aerial so didnt work either… bed noisey at any movement and very uncomfortable and sunk in, kitchen was shocking and dirty. Room was freezing. Sugar sachets for tea/coffee in room was all soggy as if it was in water and dried very off putting and unhygienic. "
