Beautiful stay passing through the my way to London as a pair of 24 year old year Americans. The experience is tailor for all ages, but especially retirees who are traveling in the area. The service was incredible, food was cooked by the husband and the wife was kind a kind and generous hostess (Apologies for not remembering their names was exhausted when I asked). The room was stunning, very well kept with all the amenities I needed. The highlight was waking up the the sounds of birds chirping...

The host was lovely!! She was welcoming, made a fabulous restaurant suggestion and very kind. Our stay was last minute, so I reserved the last room. It was small and so comfortable. We had everything we needed! We slept great. We enjoyed breakfast.

Owners were great and the location offers easy access to both the ferry, bus and subway (the Metro Card all day pass after 9:30am offers real value). Property and room were clean and the onsite parking lot was easy to get in and out of. A joy getting to meet and speak with the owners. Be sure to ask about the history of the place. Fantastic story of hard work, great attitude and building a quality business.

The owner is extremely kind and helpful. The location of the property is very convenient and close to restaurants and coffee shops.

My family and I travel very often, all over USA, all over South America and a couple times to Europe in the recent years. we have NEVER written a review but for this place I must. These are hard working people that treat the staff like family members, the love and humbleness is felt throughout the establishment. I wanted a proper British b n b abd this ticked all the boxes It was located just a short walk to the tram It had street parking The room was small but it was all we needed just a place to sleep and shower The owners were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic so much choice If you want a true British b n b this is your place
