"Nice hotel in the center, convenient, clean, welcoming. Quaint, and feels like a boutique hotel. Breakfast was great. Restaurant on the upper floor had a great view to the zocalo."

"I’ve stayed here three times, it’s a great hotel. However, you should know 1) rooms on the Catedral side are newer and cleaner, 2) the risk is if it’s a weekend and there’s an event it will be loud on that side past midnight (loudspeakers from el centro), Food is great but I would steer clear from creme sauces and chicken because they don’t always serve it very hot and I’ve gotten Montezuma’s revenge twice now when staying there on the last day of my trips (where previously no problem all week in the country) 😉. Just a suggestion…"

"Amazing hotel with charm and character in a perfect location. It was the perfect spot for a five day trip to allow us to spend most of our days in Roma Norte, Condesa and Polanco. While a bit dated, it’s a hundred years old and way cooler and more special than just spending your time in a sterile, boring modern hotel. Will absolutely return next time. Truly cannot beat the location."
