"Amazing experience! The service was excellent and everyone was so welcoming and attentive. Mao, Chris and Ale took great care of us and made our visit even better. Great atmosphere, great service, and we felt very well taken care of. Definitely recommend! ❤️"

"Hotel is a bit dated but kept reasonably clean. Dumbbells in fitness centre only go up to 30 lbs, but it’s decent in size with a few treadmills. Going business club level offers you drinks and snacks in the evening, which was perfect for me. Breakfast was decent with different hot food options each day."

"I really liked staying here. It’s much better than any other place I’ve stayed. It was clean, the staff were really nice and accommodating, and the location is perfect—right in the middle of everything and within walking distance to the Zócalo. They don’t have AC, but they do have a ceiling fan, which was fine for me. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. The only downside is the noise. It’s not a lot, but you can hear some street noise. If you don’t like any noise at all, this might not be the place for you. I personally didn’t mind it."
