"Great time. Amazing staff aside from a nosey manager who scolded me for bringing my own white claw into the pool while I was trying to relax. I paid a lot of money for the hotel and it wasn’t glass. Do not interrupt my relaxing time like that, how about make sure I get the wine I was supposed to get at check in instead. All the other staff was so nice and so helpful. They need to fix the second elevator though because wait times were long and it got cramped. I gave 5 stars because the ocean view they upgraded us to couldn’t be beat. The staff other than the manager was amazing from the time we checked in, needed ice, ordered food and drink at the pool, and had pool or beach chairs setup. Appreciated the security staff allowing me to quietly lounge at the pool area after dark without bothering me and they gave recommendations. The location was perfect too. Liquor store across the street and Walgreens around the corner. Will strongly consider staying next time I’m at south beach. "
