"Newer building, with parking garage. Next to a family owned restaurant. However, the apartment itself needs some TLC. Washer/dryer combo has a broken door. Throw pillows and rugs are old. Leak in the hand held shower. A/C in leaving room above tv leaked at one point, so we had to turn up the temperature. Rubber gasket around the dishwasher came loose while dishwasher was on.
