We had a studio for 2 people which was very nice and comfortable with a great view from the balcony. "Very good location, less than 5 minutes walk to Shimbashi night life street and subway. Loads of food options. Stayed in the Annex building, overall is fine, but not as convenient to use the washing machine as it is in the main building. The dryer was also rather weak, had to run almost 2 hours to dry a small load."
