"We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location. The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was wonderful with all the options we had. Having unlimited ramen and ice cream at night was a cherry on the top. We loved onsen baths which were extremely clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would be visiting Kyoto. Thank you very much to all for such hospitality and wonderful experience we had when staying there."

"This hotel had the best breakfast buffet of four hotels that I stayed in. It had an incredible selection of both western and Japanese food. The restaurant is on the 23rd floor of the hotel, so it has the most amazing views of Osaka. We also had a queen bed instead of the usual two super singles in most hotels."
