The air conditioning was apparently not functioning in our wing but since high temps were in the 60’s didn’t matter but as compensation they gave us nice grab and go breakfast boxes every day. I was trying to print a map of the zoo in the business center but when I couldn’t make it print, the desk clerk did 2 copies from her computer. The location is a half a block from Union Square so very convenient and safe area"

"The security gates are so loud when they close. You can hear people upstairs using the toilet. Great location for our hospital visit at UCSF on Divisadero. Lots of local restaurants."

However once I’d got used to the environment I adapted and enjoyed my stay. The man on reception was very polite and helpful. I also felt completely safe."
