"Everything was great, no complaints at all! Enrico was very welcoming, helpful with suggesting things to do, and the free breakfast was so yummy! Room was very clean and was only a 7 min walk to the colosseum!"

"Jon the breakfast and coffee guy was amazing! Location was very good we walked to all major sites."

"Very good location and super clean hotel! Nice and renovated the staff also recommended great restaurants!"

"Loved this place to stay it was very cozy and they went above and beyond during our stay"

"The staff was wonderful and helpful when you needed anything. The place was immaculate and the light breakfast was a nice treat in the morning. It was quiet and located near everything in Rome. I would recommend this place and plan on staying here for my next trip to Rome."

"N'oubliez pas de communiquer avec les loueurs avant d'arriver. L'obtention d'un code pour entrer est nécessaire. Sinon nous avons passé un excellent séjour, La chambre était propre et bien entretenue, Le personnel est très accueillant et le petit déjeuner est bien. Le point fort est évidemment la localisation, dans un quartier très dynamique et tout est accessible à pieds si vous êtes bon marcheur, même le Vatican ! Très bon séjour."

"A really great hotel in an amazing neighborhood."

"Such a good location! Cute little converted flat into hotel rooms - but literally turn the corner of the street and you can see the colloseum! It meant sightseeing was all in walking distance!!! The staff were so sweet and the little breakfast delivery in the morning really made it! Hot coffee delivered to your door in the morning before a day of sightseeing was perfect! Highly suggest this rather than getting a bigger hotel which is no where near the sights! Best way to do Rome!!!"

"Cute room, clean with everything we needed, great location for walking around Rome, good AC, window overlooking nice alley, friendly staff, simple breakfast provided. Safe location as expected!"

"Make sure you complete the virtual check in ahead, it’s pretty simple. No elevator at property. No complaints, as expected. Would recommend for a budget travelers."
