It was strange however, that they gave us a room on the 8th floor— which the elevators did not go up to and so we had to take the stairs— and when we explained that we have slight physical issues which makes climbing stairs difficult, we were told we should have picked a different room category then (how were we supposed to know that?). In fact, my only grievances with my experience at Tower Suites were with the staff who were all smug, condescending, short, and passive aggressive. I believe for the premium of this hotel, the staff should be receiving better hospitality training. "

"We were upgraded on arrival to a studio and it was amazing! Good size, great bathroom, quiet and felt like utter luxury. I even got complimentary bubbles and posh fruit jellies in my room for my birthday. I felt utterly spoilt and the staff were so friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. Amazing boutique hotel and hope to return soon. Thank you!"

"The location of the property is great but the rooms are not good. The room was dusty and had a strange smell. The conditioner was missing in my room. There are water refill stations outside near the elevator which took forever to refill. For a 4 star hotel they charge to use an umbrella, which no other hotels do. The hotel is not worth the price "
