"Firstly, we had two properties cancell on us, both booked thru VRBO, so I'll never use them again! Secondly, this particular property cancelled on us at 11.13 am on the day of our stay! We were already in London, having travelled down from Preston to see Guns N Roses. The cancellation left three of us knee deep in the mire, and completely wrecked our weekend. It certainly would have been more helpful to have the information on the access codes from him or from Vrbo a day earlier, as well as an email address to contact him.
