"My standard Room was clean and spacious, also had a bath and aircon that worked well. Pool was large with plunge pool, saunas, and jacuzzi. It’s well looked after but not the most modern design. The brassiere restaurant was fantastic, had a couple of really good meals there. Parking is £16, which really caught me off guard. I stayed for work, but I assume the airport location is the reason for this. They appeared to offer shuttle runs to the airport a d had a hertz car rental onsite"

"Location was great for T2, the carpets on the room levels looked like they needed a good deep clean and also in the room. The bathroom skirting boards were scuffed and could use a quick magic eraser to remove them. Staff were friendly. Would stay again for ease of walk to terminal."

"We had a lovely time, just a few things that slightly dampened the experience. Need black out blinds in the family room as the light was streaming through until late and with the heat as well the children couldn't get to sleep until it went dark. The gastro pub food l would give a miss in future, very bland, dry and of poor quality but high prices. We would 100% come back though."

"The room was lovely, spacious and clean with a nice bathroom and lovely shower! The receptionist were really nice though the staff in the garden room (restaurant) could improve. The male staff were pleasant enough though some of the female staff need to Improve their customer service."
