The estalbishment was having some renovation performed but the stay was fabulous. The gym was adequate, Hot tub nice. Overall a 10 out of 10.

One of the best properties I've every stayed in. It was like your own mini apartment. Everything was spotless. very cozy feel. Very quiet, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. easy and safe parking. everything was great. will definitely stay again.

The staff from the front desk specifically the girl working in the evening very nice and helpful. Service staff was fast to respond on any kind of service, the pool was pleasant, cleaning crew gave me all my needs when needed. Overall my stay with my family was great, will definitely book again my vacation from New York.

My mother and I had a wonderful vacation at the AC Marriot in Naples, Florida. The hotel is located conveniently at the end of 5th Avenue, within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops. If you prefer not to walk, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service in the AM and PM until 8:45 PM. If you want the Ritz Carlton, go there. If you want the best value in town, go here. Friendly, hard-working staff, a lovely pool, lots of pleasant sitting areas, three clean gas grills, a generous continental breakfast in a lovely gazebo, and more. Yes, the rooms are very basic. But if you're OK with that, it's a great place to stay.

Hotel is beautiful and in line with Olde Naples, Staff is excellent, amenities are very good. There are some start up issues, HVAC goes off line often and requires a maintence person to reset (goes off line when you open slider but does not reset when closed). Bar and restaurant areas are excellent and location is stellar. Highly recommend

This resort was amazing!!

We had a very nice stay overnight at the charming Shangri La. We arrived late afternoon and checked out the next morning. The bed was comfortable and shower was great. Towels were good, just wish there was a place to hang them and clothing near the shower stall door while showering. The patio was a nice surprise and coming from a colder climate it was nice to sit there in January. The only real downside was that we heard lots of noise any time other guests rolled their bags down the sidewalk...
