"It was a unique property, lots of charm. It says there’s a deli there or something. They sell drinks and some chips at the front but I think that’s it. When I checked in Yale was fantastic, sweet kind, and very helpful and knowledgeable. "
"The hotel was amazing. The hotel owners (Oswaldo and his wife) were so very kind and they tended to our every need. The excursions which they provide are very helpful and when we need help they provide us with it very well."
"Hotel is an great location for the historic centre of Quito and was really clean and comfortable.
My only issue was the rooms all overlooked the reception in a courtyard style and the door is always locked. So guests need to ring a buzzer to access the property, then when the door is opened a bell goes off. While this is not a problem in the day, when people come and go at night or early in the morning it does wake you up.
A small issue in a great little hotel."
