"Great location…within walking distance to tourist spots, riverwalk, Magnificent mile, millenium park, art institute. Grocery across the street. Accessible via blue/red line from Ohare airport. Staff friendly. Continental breakfast with omelette included. Clean place. Ostria restaurant downstairs tasty as well. "

"The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good with really tasty bacon and a good variety of options. The property was excellent. My only problem was that I booked the room fir 2 days via Expedia online however Expedia only forwrded payment to the hotel for 1 day. My credit card was charged for the 2 day stay in advance. The front desk staff caught the issue during check in and extended my stay so i wasn't ot on the street, but i had to pay thrm directly for the 2nd night at $525. Now I have to attempt to get a refund from Expedia for the 2nd night I alredy paid for in advance. "
