"The room with double beds was clean and spacious for 3 people. The staff was welcoming, helpful, kind, accommodating. Breakfast in the hotel is always a lovely way to start the day. I do wish the bathrooms toilet/ shower were updated but I realize that it is a historic building. I stay here because the staff is wonderful, breakfast is perfect in service and setting , and the hotel is in a great location in the French Quarter."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was placed in a wheelchair accessible room my mistake, but the staff was very understanding and switch me to a more suitable room. I was able to use the pool this year as it was my second time lodging at this hotel."
