"The property was very clean. Bedding/beds were extremely comfortable and a beautiful new kitchen equipped with washer and dryer. My only negative feedback is the following:1. Newport Harbor Island Resort

Newport Harbor Island Resort

8/10 Good
"Front desk, waiters/waitresses and shuttle staff were all wonderful. Housekeeping was the weak link as for three out of five nights, they did not even show for the room without calling the front desk. Once there, housekeeping services were fine. If not for this, our overall assessment would have been excellent."
