"The place is great. Rained the first day we were there and there’s so much to do just in the casino itself. We stayed in north tower. "

"This property is very close to everything but also out of the way so it's a bit quieter than other hotels in the area. It was relatively clean, very easy to check in and out and the parking lot is a great size. "

"Our room was excellent jacuzzi room river view 5 th floor we have very good view of falls and nightly fire works. We were there five days only had enough towels for one had to go every day to get some. Ran out of toilet paper had to wait to 530pm before we go more. No daily room service. Coffee only in main lobby but easy access and good quality. Would go back but would bring personal items like soap and shampoo etc. "

"Check in was easy and friendly, staff were very kind and conversational. Rooms are definitely dated, but it has no impact on the comfort of your stay. Or, it didn't for mine. The curtains completely blocked out what would have otherwise been what seemed like a spotlight shining across from another building, and the in-room jacuzzi tub filled in what seemed like no time at all. Once I got my bearings, I realized what a good location it is -- very close to Clifton Hill but far enough away to not hear it at all when I was in my room. A three minute walk to a Starbucks, which was empty weekday mornings. I walked everywhere I went, down to Horseshoe Falls, the boat tour, and the Bird Kingdom. It was very doable, and nice knowing my room was just a short walk away from wherever I was. I'd happily stay here again next time I travel to Niagara Falls."

"The view from our balcony was very beautiful. The room was clean, good and spacious. The only negative comment I can say was that you have to pay extra for their parking. In which we find so ridiculous because we already paid the room. The parking should be complimentary for the guests. "
