The team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially as we were gathering with family who had traveled from various countries for a reunion. They thoughtfully arranged for us to be placed in nearby rooms, which made our experience even more convenient. Housekeeping was always polite and professional, with a special mention to Arzu, who stood out with her excellent service. Other staff members, including Tsira, Onder, Erding, and Yasin, were equally kind and ensured that our stay was memorable. The breakfast room was a lovely space to start our day, offering a great variety of options. We also enjoyed spending time at the beautiful pool each day, where the facilities were not only clean but luxurious. If we ever visit Turkey again, there’s no question—we’ll be returning to HIB."

"My husband, daughter and I recently stayed at the hotel, and all had a wonderful experience. The staff are exceptional. From the bellmen to the concierge and restaurant staff, they all went above and beyond. We especially enjoyed our time in the restaurant and lounge where my daughter and I played the piano while having nice conversations. The restaurant staff were also especially good with our daughter.
