"Great location & great staff! We made sure to book a room that included the breakfast buffet and looked forward to it each morning. There was something for everyone with a lot of thought given to healthy food options. Housekeeping staff were amazing and kept our room spotless. We appreciated the room amenities, especially bottled water that was replenished each day. Coffee & tea were also available in room, but I usually got my coffee at breakfast so didn’t need to brew my own. All the staff that we interacted with were very gracious, polite, and kind. One day, I accidentally left my keycard in the room and had to ask guest services to use the house phone so I could call my husband and have him come & get me; the hotel employs a security system where a keycard is needed to use the elevator to get to the appropriate floor. The guest services representative, after asking some personally identifying information, had someone personally escort me to my room. This hotel continues to impress me with their exceptional customer service & great location. "

"Location amazing short walk to the train station where you can travel to anywhere. Hotel was spotless and the room was very spacious. Staff were all outstanding from the sky view bar to the breakfast buffet and the concierge absolutely everyone was amazing. To sum it up definitely coming back to this hotel without doubt. First time visitor to Japan and this hotel made the whole experience so good warm and welcoming. The Glass buffet chefs in the morning my favourites so happy and always a good morning wave brilliant. "The hotel had a zen atmosphere. The zen garden, tea area and massage chairs on the third floor were relaxing. Our room was tiny and very cramped. I would choose a larger room next time."
