"料金の安さから期待していなかったですが、思ってた以上に清潔でちゃんとしていました。髪の毛がたくさん落ちていたので掃除機（施設に置いてある）だけかけました。なかなか施設管理の方と連絡が取れずチェックイン前に荷物を置きたくても返事が返ってこず置くことはできませんでした。 必要と感じたものは 洗剤、スリッパ（トイレ用）、お風呂の椅子、キッチンペーパーくらいであとはとても充実していました。 駅から徒歩5分かからないのですごく便利で周りには飲食店もたくさんあり、うちは酔っ払いの声などは全然気になりませんでした。洗濯機もきれいで次亜塩素酸の消毒を持っていきましたがそのまま使えそうなくらい綺麗でした。 駐車場は狭いたので大型車は止められず近くのコインパーキングにとめました。 全体を通してまた次も同じところで良いかなというくらい良かったです。"

"Owner is very friendly and has good recommendations for restaurants and shopping areas, check in time is flexible for us. The house is clean and neat, just as pictures showed. The extra toilet is definitely a plus. FYI, the house is divided in three levels, enrty on the first (ground) floor plus the shower & laundry room, 2nd floor is living room and kitchen and a toilet, 3rd floor is the two bedrooms and a toilet.
