"My only complaint about this place is how rude some guests were to the excellent desk staff. It was obvious they were busy and understaffed but some entitled guests felt the need to be rude to them when clearly they were doing their best. I commend the staff for remaining professional and not effected by any of the impatient and ill mannered guests! Loved this hotel. So pretty and the rooms are nice. Will definitely come back! "

"This is a retro motel nicely renovated. Attached is a coffee shop that serves guests and the public. The complimentary coffee and breakfast sandwich were both very good. It also serves as the office for the motel. There are many restaurants nearby. We only stayed one night as we had medical appointments at OSU Wexner Medical Center, which is very close. "
