"Very good service staff (particularly Lien Chau and Lien Nguyen) at the reception and the restaurant respectively. Both were polite, attentive, very helpful and pleasant. Overall a beautiful hotel at the top of a hill, easy walking distance to the town, not far from Sun Plaza where we took the train to cable car station. Just don't go to the peak on a public holiday as the queue is horrendous. We waited 5 hours just to get to the top!"

Our stay at Alisa Cruise was disappointing for two main reasons. First, the overall experience is extremely touristic and industrial. All activities they offer end up being very crowded as you do the same activities as at least another dozen boats. They took us to a beach which was so tiny and busy and we preferred going back to the tiny...

This is the best hotel in Hanoi's old quarter that you can checkin for cleanliness, comfy beds, spacious, short walking distance to all the attractions in the city and nearby many well-known local delicacies and coffee stores, very close to the Sword Lake (Ho Guom), very friendly and helpful staffs,... I was amazed by the great service from the hotel staffs who prepared a take-away breakfast...

"Staff are amazing and friendly very helpful. Location of the hotel is great within a 5 minutes walk from all the important destinations and some great food spots. WiFi is very temperamental so doing work was difficult. And the walls are quite thin so if someone is noisy you can hear it clearly "
