"Beautiful Victorian style building but with elevators! Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with our luggages. Nice, quiet, upscale neighborhood yet convenient to tourist places-shopping, dining, transportation (Big Bus tour buses), Kensington Gardens, etc.Walkable distance to Paddington station & shops! Healthy breakfast menu is a plus!"

The room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchenette. We were on the 4th floor which was a good workout on the legs - would suggest requesting a lower floor room if you have any mobility issues. "
