"Just stayed for 3 nights in B01, the basement room with kitchenette. Great location, quiet, housekeeping and remote staff were on it. You just have to appreciate the deal you’re getting for the location and the kitchenette. It’s older, but you’re in Hyde Park London. Gorgeous street, responsive team. The bedding could be softer, the pillows could be better, but for the price it was far beyond what I expected. Very safe and quiet with everything you need a quick walk away. "Top floor but worth climbing the stairs to apartment 8 for. Clean and well equipped. Bedroom at rear so quiet. No air conditioning which would have been useful but a large fan in the bedroom certainly helped. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!"

"Das Zimmer war nicht gemacht, also nur die gebrauchte Bettwäsche und dreckige stinkende Handtücher vom vorherigen Gast gemeinsam mit einem Haufen Müll vom Vorgänger. Das Hotel hat keine Rezeption und unter der 24h Hotline die laut Beschreibung immer zu erreichen ist hat niemand abgenommen. Daher nie wieder!!!!"

"Io e la mia amica abbiamo trovato la camera dell hotel molto sporca, soprattutto il bagno in quanto mto piccolo e con capelli non nostri per terra. Muri della doccia sporchi e nessun tappetino ne ganvi per asciugamani. Le pulizie giornaliere non venivano effettuate visto che una sera ci siamo ritrovate il letto ancora disfatto con la coperta per terra e gli asciugamani puliti buttati cosi sul letto. Lo staff molto scortese e incompetente. Nessuna spiegazione da parte loro e non parlavano...
