It was such a nice stay! Beautiful area, away from the business of the major tourist areas, but not too far from it.

The location and ocean were nice. It was very quiet except for the sounds of the ocean and you didn't know if guests were next door or in the hall. The towels, yes the towels, were very absorbant and soaked up the water on your skin. (Important factor for me) Room size was smaller than expected but I didnt go there to stay in the hotel and the beds were comfortable. Spa services were amazing. Parking was simple. There is NO BEACH !! NOT A BEACHFRONT PROPERTY!! Beach is washed away!!

Everything was as described. With a rental car, it was great having a parking garage.

They treated us like royalty. Private, beautiful, wish we could have stayed longer. The way the resort is set up its as though the beach is private, even though all public beaches in Hawaii are public. All of the staff knew my name, even those I hadn't talked to. All of the staff was great. The manager of Hoku's was the best.

The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The hotel staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast I have had in years, with rotating options, an omelet bar, and fresh cut pineapple. It was an all around 5 star stay.

The staff was wonderful, full of aloha spirit. The recreational area/pool was great and the lobby decor was pleasing. The planned activities and Tahitian dancers were fun and we learned about the Hawaiian and Polynesian cultures-which was very special.

Great location close to the beach. Great price for the area and quality. Wonderful breakfast each day. Only suggestion would be to work on the drainage for the AC units. The condensation drops from the above unit onto the unit in the room making a constant dripping noise. Great place overall.

I like that this property is so close to the beach and shopping area. The gym and laundry facilities located on the same floor was convenient. I was able to work out while waiting for the laundry to be done. The manager’s reception with live music and the breakfast with miso soup daily sweet fresh pineapple were really enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Tip: Hilton Honors membership...

It is the best option for traveling!

We went to this hotel because another couple was sharing a room, and that is the only hotel with two king-size beds. There was a lovely gift basket in the room with flip-flops, two water bottles, some snacks and some sanitizing wipes. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing! The staff was so friendly, the food was beyond delicious. The pool area was phenomenal, with comfortable seats. I can’t say enough good about this hotel! we chose this hotel because we could get a 2 bedroom condo which was great for traveling with 2 teenagers, we had 2 bathrooms, plenty of room, all brand new and upgraded ammenities.

I felt filty rich.. Sleeping there for 5 nights.

Staff was great. Definitely pay the $40 for nightly parking on Sunday and Thursday nights so you don’t get towed on Ala Wai Blvd. Great room location was walkable. We payed a little more to have the executive suite and it was well worth it. We will definitely be back.

The beds we comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the bathroom had barely any counter space for my stuff and the only plug was on the far side of the toilet. Had to place my toothbrush on the toilet tank and hair dryer cord barely reached the mirror to see what your doing.
