Rooms are spotless - bathrooms shine - thoughtful touches throughout the room, high end conveniences. amenities and toiletries. The personal room delivered continental breakfast is amazingly generous and delicious. Nespresso coffee makers in the room. Comfy beds. Great location. a bit of a walk/climb up to Chateau Frontenac but less than a $10 hour uber ride. my highest recommendation - and i travel a lot!! "

"Substitute one of the stairs ways with an elevator. I stayed in the 5th floor for the whole trip and going up and down several times a day it gets feels in the knees. Just a thought. Everything was excellent."

"The hotel was clean, reception personnel were great, perfect location for walking to Oldtown and Christmas markets. Breakfast was just okay. Simple thing to make one's stay better is to have a towel rack in the bathroom for people to hang towels on. There is a hook on the back of the bathroom door, but that does not accommodate more than one person when wet towels are placed on it. "
