"LOVED this hotel! upscale boutique hotel - with just 24 rooms - allowing for the most cozy ambience and personal attention. Staff was amazing - friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotless - bathrooms shine - thoughtful touches throughout the room, high end conveniences. amenities and toiletries. The personal room delivered continental breakfast is amazingly generous and delicious. Nespresso coffee makers in the room. Comfy beds. Great location. a bit of a walk/climb up to Chateau Frontenac but less than a $10 hour uber ride. my highest recommendation - and i travel a lot!! "

"Substitute one of the stairs ways with an elevator. I stayed in the 5th floor for the whole trip and going up and down several times a day it gets feels in the knees. Just a thought. Everything was excellent."

"This has been on my bucket list for years and it did not disappoint. We had last visited Quebec while on a cruise 3 years ago and our waiter at Sam’s recommended we visit at Christmas time and so glad we did. The property looked so festive and truly kicked off our holiday season. The service-from the bellman who first greeted us to the room service waiter to front desk made us feel welcome and gave impeccable service. We look forward to our next visit to this lovely property and beautiful city. "
