"Everything was great!! Except the elevator got stuck between the floors for a little less than an hour. 9people in a very small elevator was bad and the air was hot and stifling with one person actually passing out. The evening staff didn’t seem too concerned but the morning crew took care and tried to make it right other than that incident….it was comfortable and the area was perfect!! "

"Awesome location — right in the city centre and only about a 5-minute walk from the train station. Super easy to get to shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. The staff were great too. I mentioned the room felt a bit cold and they came right away to sort out. Really solid service. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying at Fraser Suites Edinburgh if you’re visiting the city."

"We booked here very last minute when there were limited options and beyond pleasantly surprised and would stay again. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in and check-out, convenient location to get around Edinburgh (we walked to a gig in Queen's Hall), next door to Waverley but sound proof/ not loud outside, and we also managed to nab an overnight parking spot outside (free after 6.30 Saturday until 12.30 Sunday, ticketed otherwise). We didn't have breakfast but seemed well priced for an all you could eat. We would stay here again if coming overnight to centre of Edinburgh. "
