Except the elevator got stuck between the floors for a little less than an hour. 9people in a very small elevator was bad and the air was hot and stifling with one person actually passing out. The evening staff didn’t seem too concerned but the morning crew took care and tried to make it right other than that incident….it was comfortable and the area was perfect!! "

"Awesome location — right in the city centre and only about a 5-minute walk from the train station. Super easy to get to shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. The staff were great too. I mentioned the room felt a bit cold and they came right away to sort out. Really solid service. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying at Fraser Suites Edinburgh if you’re visiting the city."
