"Room was comfortable unfortunately I had room looking into a central car park so no views of the stunning country side but I guess someone has to have this room also the food was excellent but the service was slow I sat for 40 mins after finishing my meal waiting for someone to ask if I wanted a desert and eventually gave up and went to find someone to pay my bill. I also found it difficult to dry my hair as there was no mirror in the bedroom "

"This hotel was perfect for our stay. The room was clean and roomy. Bathroom with shower large and modern. Every member of staff that we came across was polite, helpful and friendly. A special mention for Bassam on reception. When we arrived to check in he was dealing with a very awkward and irate guest (who was completely in the wrong). Bassam dealt with everything in a most professional, calm and polite manner."
