We found this problem at the midnight and only staying for one night so we didnt ask the staffs to...

"Location was great, in a shopping mall. Room size works fine for a solo traveller. Room was also clean and amenities was provided on a self service basis at the reception. Only slight issue was it was slightly difficult to find the hotel, and it requires 2 change of lifts to reach the room "
