Romar Tower 4B is a two-bedroom, two-bath, cute and cozy condo. The unit features an incredible Gulf-front, panoramic views from the 4th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Wood tile flooring is throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six, and there are two bar stools for additional seating.

• A washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has two twin-size beds. There is no cable in this bedroom. There is a smart tv.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay excellent location. Only small issue was the elevator was very loud and could be heard in the unit and needed repair but this was completed within the day.

Great beachfront condo!

We rented for a girls trip and it was just what we needed! Condo was clean and well stocked. Only comment would be for softer pillows, they were big! But we had brought our own so it worked out. Will definitely be booking for next year!

Very nice condo in Romar Tower

Unit has just been renovated and it is lovely. Very clean and beautiful. Offered Alexa smart host and Netflix which was a nice addition. The owners have done a wonderful job making it welcoming and comfortable for guests. We had a great week!

Beautiful balcony view and short walk to the beach !! Condo was spacious, clean and the location was perfect. The maintenance crew were also out daily cleaning up the landscape and pool area. Thanks !!

Condo was just as pictured. Granite in the kitchen and new counters and sinks in the bathrooms. Master bedroom had very comfortable bedding and mattress. Would book again.

I wanna go back

Such a lovely little visit. I brought my 5 year old angel Lucille to the beach to give the wife a little RnR and everyone was happy. So close to groceries, restaurants, but the beach…the beach was so gorgeous. It was crazy weather but the condo was so cozy that we didn’t care. Highest recommendation. We loved it

Loved the Condo. great to look out from the balcony looking over the beach. if I had to offer any criticism, it would be that the carpet was very old/dirty. I would imagine that a hardwood/tile floor would be a better option for beach use. My family enjoyed the week - we would come back.

Orange Beach was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay a Roman Tower 4! The location of our room was perfect and I really enjoyed the view from the Balcony. My son would get up in the early am and fish from the beach while I sat on the balcony and drank my coffee! Entering and exiting the complex is a little interesting given it is very close to a light, but we did not have any trouble ever entering or exiting. I provided the listing 3 stars on the accuracy of the online listing because the pictures showed a fitness center available. My daughter is rehabing her knee to return to full sports this summer and having this as an option was the primary reason we chose this location over others. However, upon arriving there was not a gym for this particular set of condos. We managed without it and had a great time though!

Our unit was very nice and clean. It was equipped with new appliances. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The location was perfect. The only complaint I have is the property next-door, the Phoenix, was extremely loud with screaming kids starting early in the morning, going into the evening up until nine or 10 o’clock at night other than this I would highly recommend this property

We loved the condo. It had small touches that were appreciated. (Night lights in the Bathroom, games in the living room, Toiletries in each bathroom and the plug in extension if you needed more plug in's. We loved the rocking chairs on the balcony. They were so very comfortable. ITRIP was a welcoming experience. It was out first time to book through ITRIP and they were so much more polite and prompt than VACASA. We were even allowed for full refund up to 7 days prior to departure and this gave us comfort as we are retired women and health issues can arise but luckily we made it another year. We had too many bad experiences with VACASA in the past so we booked 4B because it was not VACASA managed. We had been staying at Romar Tower for years but the condo we were using was going downhill and VACASA was not helpful for 2 years in a row. We will be coming back to 4B next year and hoping it will still be managed by ITRIP.

It was very relaxing with a "Beautiful" view of the Beach. The inside of the Condominium has "Eclectic" Beach Decor which I liked.

Great experience

ITrip was responsive and very professional to work with during our stay. We had a minor issue that was resolved quickly. The only other issue we had was intermittent WiFi signal that was still being researched upon our departure. I would not hesitate to use them again.
