Wonderful stay in Varzo! Lovely mother and daughter hosts. Delicious homemade breakfast and very comfortable room with a nice view. Right down the hill from San Domenico ski area with excellent scenic hiking. Would recommend Chalet Il Picchio to all!

Beau Site is overlooking Zermatt with a splendid view of the Matterhorn. Great hotel with welcoming staff. This ended up as a very relaxing five day vacation with pampering service and good food.

We arrived in Zermatt by train, and the hotel provided free transportation from the train station. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The hotel's 'lobby' is more like a living room, complete with comfortable chairs, fresh flowers and a fireplace. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This property is amazing. It is near the Very center of town. Walkable to everything. It has a courtyard with loads of chairs for enjoying the outside. Rooms are spacious, clean, and very well-appointed. Minibar, fridge, heated towel racks, robes/slippers, complimentary water and kombucha. The spa area is also exemplary--hot tub/jacuzzi, pool, sauna, wet sauna, and aromatherapy shower. All very clean. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. The staff was incredible. Beautiful views from our balcony. The included spa had a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna which we fully enjoyed. We considered staying another night after we saw the room for the first time! We would definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.
