"Our stay at the Carlotta was fantastic. Stefano, Federico and all the team we dealt with were super friendly, hospitable and extremely helpful. The hotel was quite central and not far to walk up to the centre of town. Slightly tricky location to park a car as the hotel is on a bend, however, the staff were very helpful and valet parking was arranged. Hotel facilities were great, including the pool and pool bar. "An incredible stay at Villa Neri for my wife and I. The room was large (Deluxe) and had one of the best bathrooms I had ever seen. The food at the Hotel is easily the best I have had at a hotel and deserving of a Michelin star. We were also very big fans of the hotel cats and their kittens and enjoyed seeing them treated well by staff. Only small points of feedback - the hotel sometimes felt understaffed, particularly at the pool bar during the day. The only other thing was the dated...
